EVNET FEATURES

EVnet is the system for centralization of machines working status on a Personal Computer.
The machines may be an electronic, half electronic or mechanical for socks production or other kind of machines like sewing machine, ironer and so on.
Main work of the EVnet system is to collect data on the production (pieces count, how many time the machine was stopped, the type of the stop) so, from the office, the costumer can understand if one machine has some mechanical problem (for example: needles) electronic fail and more, checking day by day the exact production.
From the main station in the office it's also possible send a command to the machines, for example: speed block, sock end stop or, for new machines, the costumer can read and save a program.
All the information collected from teh machines may be used for statistic elaboration on the main station.
There are some possible statistic data elaboration (by machine, by day, by hour, by production and by fail stop) in graphical way (histogram, line, etc...).

EVnet is composed by:

  • An "intelligent" panel that receives stores and transmits all the events to the personal computer.
  • Net interface RS485.
  • Dedicated Software on Personal Computer.

The Software installed on teh costumer's PC is the heart of EVnet system. EVnet software has been developed with new technology programming tools for Windows 95/98 (object oriented and Active X controls); this software, in 32-bit technology, has graphic user interface so very simply to use.
Every machine is represented by a graphic symbol; this symbol is adjustable (size, position and graphic picture).
The software interface system is by buttons and standard windows menu.
